Costco Brush Sets

Yesterday I went to Costo to find some Stila eyeshadows and brush sets, but somehow i couldnt find it?? I was kind of disappointed. However, as I browsed through the aisle, I did saw 6 duo eyeshadows for the price of $16.00! Wow was I amazed!! Unfortunately I didnt buy it because I have too many eyeshadows and don't think i need anymore eyeshadows. Besides, the Stila colors weren't that great anyways. But it is a really good Deal!

Anyways, back to the topic about my brushes. I found this brush set right next to Stila shadows and I was WOW. The set look so cute, and the handle is white! With a small little diamond on it. I was kind of disappointed of the hair, because it's synthethic. I never used synthethic hair before so I dont know if its going to be good or not. So I gave it a try anyways. As I bought it home, opened it and found out that the synthethic hair was SUPER soft! It is as soft as feather! I fell right in love with it. =D The powder brush is very soft compare to my other real hair ones.

What's in the box?

  • Powder brush
  • Duo Fiber brush
  • Foundation brush
  • Eyeshadow brush
  • Eye blending brush
  • Flat eyeliner brush
  • Eye smudger
  • Brow brush and spooley duo
  • Brush case
  • Shimmer powder brush
PROS: Costs around $21.99, soft synthethic hairs, and very cute packaging.

CONS: The eyeliner brush is kind of stiff. It isn't flexible as my other eyeliner brush! Which mean I have to put a lot of effort for lining my eyes. The rest is good so far.

This is the Shimmer powder brush, mostly use for body.

Coastal scents new brushes

Coastal scents just promoted their new brushes. To tell u the truth, i been buying their brushes couple times now. And most of them are really good brushes. The good one i want to say are the Italian Badgers brush. The hair are really soft...and it doesnt shred. I been wanting an angle brush, so i am thinking of buying the Italian Badger angle brush. They also has the Jumbo angle brush too but i think they are way too big. SO yea these are their new brushes. OH and one more thing, i also recommend you girls to buy the jumbo fan brush too, it is great for brushing out the leftover eyeshadows that falls under your eyes after y apply on ur eyeshadows. I bought my jumbo fan brush in VN for about $5USD, it shreds...so yea sucks, but its still usuable and its really soft too.
